The coronavirus pandemic has impacted the college recruiting process in multiple ways across all NCAA, NAIA and NJCAA division levels. Some of these changes include a ban on in-person recruiting through April 15, 2021 for NCAA D1 programs and eligibility relief for current college athletes.

Over the past year, recruits have had to find new, creative ways to showcase their coachability and character during the recruiting dead period, one of which is creating skills video while competitions are postponed/canceled.
